The price is reduced !!! Cruz de Tea is a small settlement in the municipality of Granadilla de Abona in the south of the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. It is located 5 kilometers from the city center of Granadilla. Reina Sofia South Airport is 12 km away, and Costa Adeje is 25 km away.
Building
The entrance to the house is located on the upper level, which includes a hall, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, dressing room and terrace with beautiful views of the surroundings and the whole coastline. The other bedrooms also have their own dressing rooms and additional bathrooms. Also in the house on the lower level there is a large storage room. From the terraces of the house offers a stunning panoramic view of the entire southern coast of the island, the ocean, the neighboring islands and the mountains.
Earth
On a plot of land with an area of 8000 m2, perennial pines, chestnuts, fruiting cherries, almonds, orange trees, a beautiful eucalypt alley and its own vineyard grow. On the territory there are also various auxiliary rooms: a room for tools, a technical room and a water storage tank for 2000 m3, for automatic watering of all plants and plantings on this land. Near the house there is one of the famous hiking trails.

In furnishing of internal premises the materials of the highest quality are used. Marble. Very quiet and peaceful place.
